Plan and credits

Studio can answer through two paths, chosen in AI Providers:

  • Your own account with a provider (for example, ChatGPT or Claude): usage comes out of the subscription you already pay the provider for.
  • Your company’s SquadOS account: replies with company models use the organization’s credits.

Cloud schedules are part of the company’s SquadOS subscription and use its credits; schedules on this computer stay available without it. SquadOS web search, when your company allows it, asks for your confirmation before using credits. Images generated through SquadOS also use credits; with ChatGPT subscription chosen under Images, they come out of your subscription.

In the conversation’s side panel, under Details:

  • Your plan shows the plan name, the Credit balance, the Monthly credits, and the Renewal date. With a provider account, you see Connected account quotas: the usage windows it reports (such as 5 hours and weekly) and when they renew.
  • Usage shows how much the conversation read and wrote, the Credits spent, and the context in use.
  • API equivalent cost compares usage with the standard public API rate, in US dollars. It is only a reference, not a charge.

If the company runs out of credits, Studio tells you in the conversation. Wait for renewal or ask the organization owner for a larger plan, under Subscription in SquadOS Web, and try again. See Plan and Credits.
