Dashboard
The Dashboard (/admin/dashboard) is the admin panel’s Home page. It brings together the next first-agent step, four organization indicators, and an agent ranking.
Only admins and owners can access this page. People without that level of access are sent to the first area authorized by the organization’s permissions or to the Hub. See Users, Roles, and Teams.
First-agent guide
Section titled “First-agent guide”While the initial setup still has an available action, a card appears above the metrics. The Dashboard shows only the next applicable step:
- Create your first agent → Create agent, when the organization has no agent and you can create one;
- Your agent is ready → Talk to your agent, after creation and before the first successful reply in the Hub;
- Bring your agent to other channels → Connect inbox, after the first Hub reply, if no inbox is connected and you can configure one.
Connecting an inbox is optional. Select Not now to dismiss this suggestion. The guide stops appearing when the applicable journey ends, you dismiss the optional suggestion, or your permissions do not allow the next action.
If the guide state cannot load, the card shows We couldn’t load the first steps and Try again. For the complete journey, see Creating Your First Agent — Complete Guide.
Dashboard indicators
Section titled “Dashboard indicators”The four cards use data from the selected organization:
- Total Agents: the number of agents whose state is active. Inactive agents are not included;
- Active Users: the number of user memberships that have not been removed from the organization. Currently, this total also includes members without a plan seat who cannot access the organization;
- Conversations This Month: conversations created since the start of the current month in UTC;
- Credits This Month: an approximate indicator calculated from cumulative credits on conversations created during the current month.
To check seats that are actually usable, open Settings → Users. Users, Roles, and Teams explains how to identify people without a plan seat.
Most Used Agents
Section titled “Most Used Agents”Most Used Agents lists up to three agents, ordered by conversation count across the organization’s entire history. Each item shows rank, name, and total conversations.
This ranking does not use the monthly window and has no period filter. It considers conversations linked to agents that still exist. If there is no result, it shows No conversations yet.
Use the ranking as a signal for where to investigate, not as an isolated quality comparison. Open Analytics to compare periods, cost, latency, models, and errors.
Refresh and organization switching
Section titled “Refresh and organization switching”Data is fetched separately for each organization and remains fresh in the cache for five minutes. When you switch organizations, the Dashboard uses the query key for the new context.
If the query fails, the page shows Could not load data. Please try again. Select Try again to repeat the request.
How to interpret it day to day
Section titled “How to interpret it day to day”- use the initial guide to complete the agent’s first reply and optionally connect a channel;
- monitor Conversations This Month to spot growth in new conversations;
- use Most Used Agents to choose which agents to review first;
- confirm usage and trends in Analytics before changing a model, history, or plan;
- see Plan and Credits for balance, renewal, charges, and invoices.
