Organization Settings

Settings has its own navigation, separate from the main panel. In your avatar menu:

  • My account opens Settings → Profile;
  • Settings, when available to your role, opens the administrative area.

You can also visit /settings. The organization owner is sent to Subscription first; everyone else starts at Profile. Use Back to panel to leave Settings.

Profile and Preferences are available to every authenticated person. The other sections depend on the person’s role, role permissions, and features enabled for the organization. A section may be read-only when the person has permission to view it but not to change it.

General and Subscription are owner-only. When a route does not exist or is not available to the person, SquadOS redirects them to the first section they can access; do not treat the existence of a URL as proof of permission.

Categories with no available sections are hidden entirely.

In General, the owner controls:

  • Platform Name — required, up to 100 characters;
  • Platform Logo — PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, up to 100 KB; the screen recommends a 128 × 128 px PNG or SVG;
  • Hide SquadOS logo in sidebar;
  • Organization language — Portuguese or English; sets the language of platform emails;
  • Time zone — an IANA identifier, with a preview of the current local time;
  • Keep the transcript for (days) — from 1 to 3650 days.

Call audio is not stored. The retention period applies to transcript text; meeting minutes are kept permanently.

Uploading or removing the logo takes effect immediately. Name, brand visibility, language, time zone, and retention are saved together with Save Customization. The organization time zone is used by automations, campaigns, inbox service hours, and time ranges in the Transfer Conversation tool.

Organization closure is also on this screen and is different from closing only your own account in Profile.

In Profile, the Information tab contains photo, name, and email. The Password tab requires the current password, a new password from 6 to 72 characters, and confirmation; SquadOS reauthenticates the person before changing the password. Close account removes that person’s account, not the organization.

In Preferences, each person chooses theme, reading, and notification behavior. The Room notification default can be All messages, Mentions and replies, or None; a preference selected inside a Room overrides that default. Show guides again restores dismissed explanatory panels.

There is no personal language selector on this screen. The authenticated interface follows the organization language.

These three screens have different responsibilities:

In AI provider, choose the billing route:

  • Use SquadOS credits — requires no setup; usage varies with the model selected for each agent;
  • Connect my OpenRouter — OpenRouter bills the connected account and SquadOS applies 1 credit per message.

Only the owner can register, update, or disconnect the OpenRouter key. Generate a key at openrouter.ai/keys, paste it into API Key, and save. The key is validated before it is stored. On the same screen, Show credits in conversations controls whether usage per reply appears on the conversations screen.

AI models is the catalog only. Search by model, provider, or identifier and filter by text or image. Open a model to see capabilities, context window, maximum output, reasoning features, and cost.

With your own OpenRouter, the catalog shows provider pricing; with SquadOS credits, it shows a credit estimate. The key is not configured on this screen.

Anti-bot protection applies to every agent in the organization. It pauses the AI when:

  • the same message arrives repeatedly within the watched window, ignoring short messages;
  • the AI exceeds the reply ceiling in the same conversation within six hours.

The defaults are 6 repeats in the last 20 messages, a minimum length of 20 characters, a ceiling of 100 replies, and resuming after 5 minutes without a new message. On the second pause of the same conversation, only a person can turn the AI back on. Back to default restores all these values; Save protection stores the configuration.

A paused conversation remains active and available for human service. See Human Intervention.

In API, the Tokens tab lets a person generate, revoke, and delete credentials according to their permissions. The list shows name, prefix, status, creation, last use, and call count. The Documentation tab opens the full reference; also see REST API and Tokens.

In Webhooks, you register endpoints, choose events, activate or deactivate each integration, and inspect delivery history. Available actions depend on view, write, and delete permissions.

In Subscription, the owner tracks the credit balance and renewal, plan and limits, billing status, and the five most recent Stripe invoices. Manage Subscription opens the billing portal. See Plan and Credits for details.

Links from the former /admin/settings?tab=… screen remain valid:

Old tabCurrent destination
subscription/settings/subscription
customization/settings/organization
ai-models/settings/ai-provider
api/settings/api
quick-replies/settings/quick-replies
rooms/settings/rooms

Any other tab value tries to open Subscription; if the person cannot access it, the route guard sends them to an available section.

The organization switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. It lists organizations you belong to, shows your role in each one, and marks the active organization. When you switch, SquadOS invalidates and reloads organization data.

The switcher also offers Create organization and View all organizations. For superadmins, View all organizations is the path to organizations they do not belong to.
