SquadOS Mobile — Overview
SquadOS Mobile is the SquadOS app for iPhone and Android. Use it to talk with your team, chat with your organization’s agents, and follow on your phone the work SquadOS Studio is doing on your computer.
The app uses the same account as the web. Rooms, direct conversations, and agents are the same ones you see in SquadOS on the web: a message sent from your phone shows up on the web, and the other way around. The app does not create accounts or configure agents; that is still done on the web.
The app tabs

| Search | Finds rooms, people, agents, or agent conversations by name. |
| Profile | Organization, language, theme, biometrics, alerts, and log out. See Profile and settings. |
The Conversations tab only appears when team collaboration is available to your organization. Without it, the app opens straight on Agents.
Search
Section titled “Search”The Search tab looks up names, not message text. Type part of a name and narrow the results to Everywhere, Rooms, Directs, Agents, or Agent conversations. When one of the sources fails to load, the app tells you which one was left out instead of showing an incomplete list as if it were complete.
